Koru Care NZ is an independent charity, and as such relies on the generosity and support of the community to make its trips possible. A donation to Koru Care helps to bring children together, children who all face some challenge in their lives, be it an ongoing medical condition, terminal illness or some other challenge in their life. The joy the children get from being able to spend a few days away, being children, enjoying experiences they may not have otherwise had the opportunity to experience is priceless. All Koru Care children have a dream, a dream to be a kid, not to have to be facing the challenge they have – we make these dreams come true. The cost for each child for these trips is approximately $6,500 to Disneyland, and $3,700 to the Gold Coast, a small price when we look at the faces of the children, the ear to ear smiles.

People can donate through our website, the FundraiseOnline website, payroll giving, auto payment or supporting our online charity auctions on TradeMe. We look forward to your support and would welcome any suggestions you may to help us make these trips a huge success. Any donation, large or small can make a difference to a child’s life. • All donations over $5 will be acknowledged with an official receipt.

	$30 will buy a child a four course feast while watching an authentic medievil tournament.
	$50 will give a child a great start to Christmas with a day out in the Auckland harbour followed by a BBQ and beach party.
	$170 will give a child 3 days experiencing the sights and rides of Disneyland and California Adventure Park.
	$1650 will pay for a child’s flight to Los Angeles where they will spend 2 weeks living their dream.
	$3700 will sponsor a child for an 8 day trip of a lifetime to the Gold Coast.
	$6500 will sponsor a child for a 2 week trip of a lifetime to California.
